In 2018, after the unexpected 6 weeks early, coming ready or not, arrival of our daughter by emergency C-section, I was diagnosed with a severe post natal anxiety and depressive mood disorder (PND).
Through my recovery, I learned a lot about intentional self care and making sure I look after my wellbeing so I can show up as the Boss Mumma I have always wanted to be.
While I wish for no mum and their families to experience the kind of pain and darkness PND can cause, I am grateful for my own experience.
PND demolished my world to ground level.
And I now get to create the life I always imagined and so much more.
And Mumma Bear, that is what I am here to help you do too - create your wildest, most fulfilling life you can imagine.
